Social Media Agency in Qatar
Most social media retainers in Qatar are priced by output: so many posts, so many stories, and a monthly report of impressions. We do something narrower. We run paid social ads and measure them to what they produced.

- Paid, not posting. We run ads on Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and TikTok. We do not run content calendars.
- Where social works best. Services people discover before they search, such as spas, salons, property and aesthetic treatments.
- The WhatsApp gap. Of 17 Qatar advertisers we measured with a WhatsApp link, only 4 pre-filled a message saying where the person came from.
- Judged on bookings. Every campaign is measured on enquiries and customers, not reach.
Two jobs sold under one name
In Qatar, “social media agency” can mean two very different things. This is the one we do.
Usually sold as social media management
- A monthly content calendar and scheduled posting
- Replying to comments and messages
- Photography, video and design
- Reports on followers, reach and engagement
What we run
- Paid campaigns on Meta, Snapchat and TikTok
- The landing pages and booking paths behind them
- Tracking that connects a paid click to a real enquiry
- Reports on cost per enquiry and cost per customer
If you need the first, you want a content team, and we will tell you so. If you already spend on paid social and cannot say what it produced, that is the problem we solve.
Where paid social earns its place in Qatar
These categories have real search demand, and people often discover the business on social media first.
| Sector | What people search for | Searches a month | Cost per click |
|---|---|---|---|
| Salons & spas | spa doha | 2,900 | $0.42 |
| Property | apartment for rent doha | 2,400 | $0.16 |
| Aesthetic & laser | laser hair removal qatar | 880 | $0.82 |
| Driving schools | driving school qatar | 8,100 | $0.57 |

Someone who sees a spa on Instagram today may search for it by name next week. Social creates that demand and search picks it up, so we measure the two together. Judged alone, social looks weaker than it is and search looks stronger.
What we found on Qatar advertisers
From our measurement of 31 businesses advertising in Qatar.
- Social pixels on 12 of 31. A Meta, TikTok or Snapchat pixel fired on 12 sites. On the other 19, the social platforms could not learn anything from the people who visited.
- WhatsApp without context. 17 offered a WhatsApp link, but only 4 pre-filled a message saying which ad or service it came from. The rest arrive with no sign of where they came from.
- Tracking that waits. 5 had tracking held back until the visitor moved or scrolled, which hits social most, because many social visitors look and leave quickly.
How we run paid social: three parts
01
Creative in both languages
What we do: separate Arabic and English campaigns, each with its own creative.
What your team provides: the photos, video and brand assets you already produce.
02
Measured to the enquiry
What we count: calls, WhatsApp messages, forms and bookings.
How: WhatsApp links pre-fill the service and campaign, so every chat can be traced.
03
Paired with search
Why: social creates demand, and Google search captures it.
What you get: one report showing what both produced together.
How the channels fit together is on our performance marketing page, and the search side on Google Ads in Qatar.
Social in Qatar: what to plan for
- Snapchat and TikTok are widely used in Qatar and the wider Gulf. We include them where your customers are, not by default.
- Creative that fits. Imagery and wording that respect local norms while still showing the product clearly.
- Ramadan changes when people scroll and buy. Campaigns are planned for it weeks ahead.

Common questions
Do you manage our social media accounts day to day?
No. We run paid campaigns and the booking path behind them. Content calendars, community management and production are a different job, usually better done by a content team or in-house. We would rather say that plainly than take a retainer for work we are not the right people for.
Which platforms do you run in Qatar?
Instagram and Facebook through Meta, plus Snapchat and TikTok. We choose them by where your customers are, and we judge each one on enquiries and bookings.
How much does paid social cost?
There is the media budget you pay the platforms directly, and our monthly management fee. We quote both after the first call. We never take a percentage of your ad spend.
How do you measure paid social when nobody searched?
By tracking the outcome, not the impression. Calls, WhatsApp messages, forms and bookings are all counted and fed back to the platform. Without that, paid social is judged on reach, which only tells you the money was spent.
How long before we see results?
Enquiries can start in the first week. Social campaigns need a few weeks of data before the platforms find the right people, and about three months to judge fairly. That is our minimum term.
