Growth OS by Gulf Lead Gen
Marketing automation that still asks before it spends
Growth OS is the system we run client accounts on. It builds the site, plans the campaigns, wires the tracking, collects the enquiries, and sends the ones that became customers back to Google and Meta — and it waits for your approval before anything goes live or costs money.

Most marketing software gives you one piece — a CRM, or a landing page builder, or a reporting dashboard — and leaves the joins to you. The joins are where the money leaks.
01
The site and the campaigns
A bilingual landing site, Google Ads and Meta campaigns planned from your industry and your market's search data, and the ad copy in both languages.
02
The measurement
GA4, Tag Manager and conversion tracking configured and verified, so a click can be traced to an enquiry rather than guessed at.
03
The customers
Enquiries sync into a CRM every 15 minutes. When you mark one Booked or Attended, that result goes back to the ad platforms.
It runs on your own machine, on localhost, and the data stays there. Personal details are hashed before anything is sent to an ad platform.
Connecting your Google and Meta accounts
The app is called Growth OS by Gulf Lead Gen. You connect it to advertising and analytics accounts you already own. Each connection is granted on Google's or Meta's own sign-in screen, and you can withdraw it at any time without asking us.
| Account | What it asks for | Why it needs it |
|---|---|---|
| Google Ads | Read campaigns, ads, keywords, search terms, budgets and performance; create and edit campaigns and add negative keywords once you approve. | To report your results and make the changes you approve. |
| Google Analytics | Read your accounts and properties, and create a property for your site. | To measure visits and bookings that came from your ads. |
| Google Tag Manager | Read your containers, and add and publish tags. | To set up conversion tracking without you editing code. |
| Meta | Ad accounts, campaigns and performance; your Page and Instagram account name. | Reporting, suggestions, and the changes you approve. |
| TikTok and Snapchat | Your ad accounts. | Reporting and the changes you approve. |
| Netlify | Hosting for your landing page. | To publish the page once you approve it. |
Growth OS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models. What each account is read for, where it is stored, and how to remove access are set out in the privacy policy; the commercial terms are in the terms.
What runs on its own, and what waits for you
The split is deliberate, and it is enforced in code rather than in a setting you can forget. The command line has no approve command at all: only the dashboard can approve, and a monthly cap blocks any approval that would push projected spend past it.
| Area | Runs automatically | Waits for your approval |
|---|---|---|
| Landing site | Build, Arabic check, local preview | Publishing it |
| Tracking | GA4 property, key events, Ads conversion, Tag Manager container | Publishing the container |
| Google Ads | Plan, copy, validation, export | Launch, budgets, pausing, bidding changes |
| Meta | Plan, creative matching, validation | Launch, budgets, pausing |
| Content and SEO | Articles in both languages, monthly audit | Publishing |
| Leads | Form sync, reply drafts, CRM updates | Sending anything to a person |
| Monitoring | Daily numbers, alerts, proposed fixes | Every fix it proposes |
Until you press Go live, the whole system is in dry-run: approved actions are simulated and the exact request that would have been sent is shown under Activity. That is also how we demonstrate it.
The dashboard
One screen for the things an owner actually decides on: what came in, what it cost, and what is waiting to be approved. Arabic by default with an English toggle, and Western digits in both.

Every approval arrives with the number that matters attached: what it would cost this month, and how close that is to the cap you set.

The part that changes what the platforms optimise for
Google and Meta can only see what reaches them. Left alone, they see form fills and WhatsApp taps — and they will happily buy more of whichever is cheapest, whether or not those people ever booked.
Growth OS closes that loop. The site captures the click ID from every ad platform into the booking form. The CRM knows who booked and who turned up. When you move a lead to Booked or Attended, that outcome is sent back:
| CRM stage | Google Ads | Meta | TikTok | Snapchat |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Booked | Booking confirmed | Schedule | Schedule | Reserve |
| Attended | Visit completed, with value | Purchase, with value | Purchase, with value | Purchase, with value |
Emails and phone numbers are sent only as hashes, and one event is sent per lead and stage, so moving a lead back and forth does not resend it. If a platform is switched on but not connected yet, its conversions queue and send once it is.
Who it is for
One business, one industry, one market. It is built around a single owner making decisions quickly — not a marketing department with its own process.
It suits a clinic, a school, a law firm, a salon, a property agency or a service business that sells through enquiries: something with a real booking step, where the difference between an enquiry and a customer is worth measuring. If you do not take bookings or enquiries, this is the wrong tool and we will say so.
We run it for clients as a managed service, and we license it to businesses that would rather run it themselves. Either way the accounts stay in your name.
Platform limits: Google accepts offline conversion uploads up to 90 days after the click, Meta up to 7 days.
Common questions
Does it spend money on its own?
No. Launching a campaign, changing a budget, publishing a page or sending a message all wait for you to press Approve in the dashboard. The command line the automation uses has no approve command, so it cannot approve on its own, and a monthly cap blocks any approval that would take projected spend above it.
Where does my data live?
On your machine. Growth OS runs on localhost and the CRM sits in a local file. Customer emails and phone numbers are hashed before any conversion is sent to an ad platform, and raw personal data never leaves the computer.
Do I need to be technical?
No, but you do need to own the accounts. You create the Google Ads, Analytics and Meta accounts and handle billing — we are not asking for your card details. The system then configures and runs them, and asks before it acts.
Can I see it before committing?
Yes. Dry-run mode simulates every approved action and shows the exact request it would have sent, so you can work through a month of decisions without spending anything. Book a consultation and we will walk through it with your industry loaded.
What if I already have an agency?
Then the useful part is probably the measurement rather than the campaigns. Connecting your CRM back to the ad platforms improves whoever is running the account, including someone else.
