What we collect
When you contact us through this site, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, company, phone number or WhatsApp, email address, and whatever you tell us about your goals. We do not collect payment details on this site.
How we use it
We use your details for one thing: to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to run your campaigns. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to operate (for example, our website host, which processes form submissions).
Analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how this site is used. Clarity records session activity — pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and mouse movement — and can replay it as a reconstruction of the visit. It sets first-party cookies so that a returning session is recognised, and the data is processed by Microsoft under its own privacy terms.
Text typed into forms is masked and is not captured in these recordings. We do not sell this data or share it with anyone other than Microsoft as the processor. Advertising measurement is described in the next section.
You can opt out of Clarity across every site that uses it at clarity.microsoft.com/opt-out.
Advertising measurement
We run the Google Ads tag on this site. It sets Google cookies, lets us count which enquiries came from our own advertising, and may show you our ads elsewhere. It does not read anything you type.
When you arrive from an advertisement, the link carries a click identifier (Google’s gclid, gbraid or wbraid, Meta’s fbclid). We keep that identifier, the page you landed on, the referring site and any campaign parameters in a first-party cookie for 90 days, and attach them to an enquiry if you send one — so that we can tell which advertisement produced it. If an enquiry later becomes a client, we may send that outcome back to the advertising platform, matched on the click identifier alone or on an email address or phone number that is hashed first. We do not send the platform your name, your message, or readable contact details.
Growth OS
Growth OS is our marketing dashboard for business clients, at app.gulfleadgen.com. This section explains what it does with data from the advertising and analytics accounts you connect to it.
What you connect
You choose which accounts to connect. Each one asks for your permission on the provider’s own sign-in screen. You can connect:
- Google: Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Meta: your ad accounts, Facebook Page and Instagram account.
- TikTok and Snapchat: your ad accounts.
- Netlify: hosting for your landing page.
What we read and why
| Account | What Growth OS reads or changes | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Google Ads | Campaigns, ads, keywords, search terms, budgets and their performance. With your approval, it creates and edits campaigns and adds negative keywords. | To report your results, suggest improvements, and make the changes you approve. |
| Google Analytics | Your accounts and properties. It can create a property for your website. | To measure visits and bookings from your ads. |
| Google Tag Manager | Your containers. It can add and publish tags for your website. | To set up conversion tracking. |
| Meta, TikTok, Snapchat | Ad accounts, campaigns and performance; your Page and Instagram account name. | Reporting, suggestions and the changes you approve. |
Nothing that spends money or publishes is done without your approval in the dashboard, unless you have switched that action to automatic yourself.
Google user data
Growth OS’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- We use Google data only to provide and improve the Growth OS features you can see in your dashboard.
- We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
- We do not let people read it, except with your permission, for security or legal reasons, or when our staff support your account.
- We do not use it to train AI models, and we do not let anyone else do so.
AI
Growth OS uses Anthropic’s Claude to write reports, ad drafts and recommendations. To do this, it sends Anthropic your business details and campaign performance figures. It never sends your customers’ names, phone numbers or email addresses; Growth OS checks every request for them before sending. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, this data is not used to train their models.
Where it is stored and how it is protected
- Your data is stored with Amazon Web Services in the Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region. We plan to move it to the Middle East (Riyadh) region when it opens.
- The access tokens for your connected accounts are encrypted (AES-256) before they are stored.
- Connections to our database and website are encrypted.
- Only Gulf Lead Gen staff who support your account can open it.
How long we keep it, and removing it
- We keep your data while you use Growth OS.
- You can remove Growth OS’s access at any time. Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions → Growth OS by Gulf Lead Gen → Remove access. Meta: Business Settings → Integrations → Business integrations → Remove.
- To delete your Growth OS data, email contact@gulfleadgen.com. We delete it within 30 days, and within 30 days of the end of your contract.
